An expanding network of airport lounges, the American Express Global Lounge Collection® is dedicated to offering Platinum Card Members more lounge options than any other card on the market. Only issue that I found was that with anything that is complimentary, people tend to take advantage and overindulge with food and drink. There is a business center and plenty of places to sit back and relax away from the crowds at the gates. Restrooms were clean and showers were available along with complimentary chair massage which as a massage go was fine. There were plenty of tables and chairs to eat and servers were available for refills of beverages. When we visited it was not very busy so we had access without a problem. There was a small buffet that was kept stocked with food, complimentary beverages and cocktails. We were surprised to discover that all of the amenities were complimentary. One of the newest additions to the Capital One Venture X card’s benefits is the ability to enjoy complimentary access to more than 110 Plaza Premium Lounges around the world. With our platinum AMX card and first class we were able to gain access to the lounge. We had a three hour layover at DFW and while looking for a place to eat we discovered the Centurion Lounge.
